The location was perfect, situated on top of a hill with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area, a dining table, and a patio to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room itself was soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries, cookware, and an electric kettle, adding to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor gave the room a luxurious touch, and the dining picnic area provided a unique and enjoyable dining experience. The hotel also had facilities such as BBQ facilities, a children's play area, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring that guests have plenty of options to relax and entertain themselves. The availability of free parking was a bonus and added convenience to my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Loved the tranquil location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet convenient to get around. the best aspect was waking up to the breathtaking scenic views and the well, equipped kitchens, perfect for our self, catering needs. the friendly hosts went out of their way to make us feel at home with their warm hospitality.
One of the worst aspects was the confusing signage, which led to a bit of hassle in finding the place. the weak Wi, Fi signal in some rooms proved to be a little inconvenient.

For the price we paid, our stay at Karri Aura was definitely worth it. The room was fantastic, clean, and well-appointed, and the view of the mountain in the mornings was fine. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and beautiful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff, especially Fin and her Dad John, were helpful and ensured that we were comfortable throughout our stay.
Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.
